We share your information only with trusted parties who help us deliver your retreat. These include our visa department and licensed Umrah visa provider, Saudi government platforms such as Nusuk, hotels, transport and guide services, and our booking, payment and email providers (such as Rekaz, Squarespace and Brevo). Each receives only what it needs for its role.
We may disclose your information if required by law or governmental authority.
International Transfers
Our retreats take place in Saudi Arabia, so your information is processed in Saudi Arabia. Some of our service providers may store data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected wherever it is processed.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep booking and payment records for as long as Saudi tax and commercial law requires. Passport and visa details are kept only as long as needed to process your visa and complete your retreat, and then deleted. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Children and Teens
Most of our retreats are for adults aged 18 and over. Some programmes, such as teen retreats or retreats where children travel with their parents, include participants under 18. We collect a child’s personal information only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, who provides it on the child’s behalf. A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct or delete their child’s information at any time. We use photos or videos of children in promotional materials only with the separate permission of their parent or guardian.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

Request corrections or updates to your information.
Request deletion of your data (except where retention is legally required).
Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to the future use of your photos in promotional materials. This does not affect materials already published.
